1-1/4" Offset Bean Shutter Strap Hinge & Adjustable Pintle. Made entirely of stainless steel with a matte black finish. Strap: 13" long from center of barrel to tip of bean and is 1 1/2" tall at barrel (pivot point). It has a 1 1/4" offset. The pintle is 4 7/8" long by 3/8" in diameter. Because of its length we consider it to be adjustable. Pintle backplate is 4 1/2" tall , 1 1/2" wide. For use on either left or right hand shutters. - All custom door bells come with 2 or 4 #8 x 1/2" pyramid head screws unless otherwise specified by the customer.
- All designs will be confirmed via email with a pdf attachment before production can begin.
- All sales are final once production begins. Bell buttons may be replaced upon request.
- Not recommended for use near salt water, stainless steel bell button can be made upon request, cost will be quoted.
- Lead time is approximately 4 weeks, we will try to get each order out as fast as possible but we cannot guarantee anything faster.
- Door Bell Chime, wiring, and transformer are not included.
Installation Instructions- If you are unsure if your current door bell system is low voltage, please confirm with an electrician before beginning.
- Place door bell plate in the desired location and trace screw holes, predrill with a 5/32" drill bit.
- If the space for the button is not wider than 5/8" and 5/8" deep you may need to trace the button hole and predrill with a 11/16" drill bit.
- Place the push button into the plate so there is no gap between the trim and the front of the plate.
- Loosen the wiring screws on the back of the push button, wrap each wire around each screw and tighten the screws.
- Place the plate with the button back into the desired location and hand tighten screws.
